C5 and its website C5.com (hereforth referred to
as "C5") is committed to providing a secure experience
and safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Statement
was created to explain why we collect particular information and
how we will protect your personal privacy within our web site.
We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, and will
post any new privacy policy here. By using or navigating around
C5 or utilizing any of the services we provide here, you acknowledge
that you have read and understand and agree to be bound by this

basis. No personally identifiable information will be linked to
aggregated demographic information.

our servers and processing or fulfilling orders for products and

may be retained by such third party service providers for their

our partners during registration and at other times when we request
your contact information. You may unsubscribe ("unsubscribe")
from receiving future mailings at any time. To view methods for

and to report aggregate information to third parties as stated
above in "Third Party Service Providers".

If an individual chooses not to register or provide personal
information, the individual can still use some of C5's website,
but will not be able to access areas or use features that require
user registration or a written agreement between an individual
or company and C5.
Security Precautions to Protect the Loss,
Misuse or Alteration of Information
Other than the administrator of C5 or other authorized personnel of C5, the user/client
is the only individual who has access to the individual's personal
information. Your registration is password-protected to prevent
unauthorized access.
It is recommended that the user/client does not divulge their
password to anyone. C5 will never ask the user/client for their
password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email.
As an extra security precaution, the user/client may want to logoff
once a session is complete. This is to ensure that others cannot
access personal information and correspondence if a computer is
shared or a computer is being used in a public place.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while C5 strives
to protect personal information, C5 cannot ensure or warrant
the security of any information that is transmitted to C5 from
our on-line services, and the user/client does so at their own
risk. Once C5 receives information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
Consumer Research

We may monitor your use of this service (such as your session time and clickstream
data), and use or disclose any such information gathered as part
of our evaluation and operation of C5 and the services
we make available. We may develop and use, in our sole discretion,
consumer research which may be based on your use of such services.
All marketing information shall be subject, in all cases, to compliance
with the applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Communications
Commission, and other relevant laws and regulations, as the same
may be amended from time to time. No personally identifiable information
will be shared or is linked to consumer research.

responsible for any incidental or indirect damages. this includes VIRUSES
and/or SPYWARE that may unknowingly be present on our site.

and sponsors of C5. Selection of an ad banner or link will
redirect you off of the C5 site to a third party website.
C5 is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information

incorrect, you may correct, update or remove such personal data

our database, to not receive future communications or to no longer
receive our service:
